Problem Description:

A SCSI problem forced on a go-slow. The system had to
be rebooted to recover.


The following services were out of action:

* Web cache (

Listserv backlogs are now clearing.


Pulled Avoca off network and initiated clean system shutdown, which
proceeded extremely slowly. On shutdown, powered off all equipment
for a short time and rebooted successfully.
