Problem Description:
IOS upgrades required for switches at DIAS (Fitzwilliam Place) and RCSI 

Problem Effects:
Loss of connectivity while the router reloads.

Problem History:
20080121 15:42 GL Contacted clients about planned maintenance. Date and
time confirmed. Opening ticket.

20080206 09:03 PC - Both switches were upgraded as planned. As expected
DIAS Fitzwilliam Place experienced a 2 min outage whilst a reload of the
switch took place.  This occured between 08:57-08:59, within the scheduled
window.  Service at RCSI uses a different link and was unaffected by the
reload of the switch there.

Ticket will be kept open for 24 hours to ensure stability.
