I would like to buy a plankton rotating wheel to maintain a homogeneous
distribution of phytoplankton during the assessment of grazing rates of
copepods on microalgae (in 0.5L bottles). However, my search of such
equipment has been unsuccessful, because technical details are usually
omitted in papers. I don't know if this rotating wheel is commercially
available or if it must be custom-built.
Do you have any suggestion?
Thank you very much in advance,

Can anyone provide a reference to standard methods for quantifying
concentrations of Phycocyanins and Phycoerythrins?
Thanks very much in advance!
