Mostly I'm just going out on a limb for the fun
of it!  The gloss in question is quoted from
Ériu ii 6.I.  But that volume is currently
checked out of the library here.  I imagine
that the article in Ériu might help clarify
what this "uargus" and the explanation attached
to it are all about.
