Dúirt Caoimhín liom gur cheart dúinn níos mó logainmneacha
a chur sa Dúil Bélrai. Tá dornán díobh ann faoi láthair, mar shampla:

Albu
Bordgal
Connachta
Ériu
Lothlainn, etc.

An ceann is suimiúla díobh seo ná an dara ceann, "Bordeaux".
Rinneadh ainmfhocal coiteann de a chiallaíonns rud éigin
ar nós "tionól" nó "áit a bhfuil tarraingt mhór daoine air" -- agus
"lárionad trádála" freisin, is dócha

The most interesting of these is the second, which developed into
a common noun as well, refering to a destination that draws a lot
of visitors.

Anyway, on to the question. Does OI or Middle Irish have a word
for "Wales"? I know that "Bretain" can mean "Britons" and thus
in fact "Welshmen", but is there a more specific term for the territory
that is now Cymru?
