Most of the African Countries have to adopt to the new knowledge economy. IT
introduces a new export for African Countries -> Knowledge, this could
reverse the brain drain caused by migration. You can imagine software
development in Germany being outsourced to a software development company in
Uganda, only IT can make this possible.
