Three cheers to a serious contestant. However, for us good old boys
whose only criterion has been how fast a beer flows downhill, could you
give out a little more information on Pelforth Brun and Coreff...ie.
brewery, where they fall in your categorization scheme of stouts, ales
etc., availability etc. Always trying to upgrade my critique from: 1)
it hurts the next morning or 2) it doesn't hurt the next morning to 1)
beautiful initial flush on the tongue with a delightful dry finish or 2)
heavy with cherry and berry flavors with a touch of oak in the finish.
