Hmm ... Mr. Achu ...
So defensive ... I wonder why?
Let me answer the questions you prosed to me.

Nothing at all. In fact I am a great proponent of spreading
knowledge and wealth. Did I discourage your effort of doing
so? If you think so, then you obviously misread my email.
My email was just to alert others about the scams on the Net
and a notice for them to be careful.
I didn't think that the ANITEP list was a forum for SPAMMING -
and that's what your email message was. May I suggest you
look up the definition of "SPAMMING" on the web - because you
probably will not find it in your MSCE books and literature.

Again, I am a big proponent of sharing and spreading knowledge -
I have been involved in various programs that took me to Africa
to do so.
I have my reservations about "X.com". Being that the Net is a
free speech forum, I expressed that concern. If you decided to
use this list for SPAMMING, I definitely have the right to express
my concerns about your SPAM email.

Well Mr. Achu, I am sorry to inform you that you are WRONG.
I am of African descent. But why does this matter? Furthermore,
I did not know that this list was restricted just to "Africans". If that
were the case, many of the participants on this list would be
restricted from using this list.
Lesson to be learned here: Do not judge a person by his/her
name, especially nowadays on the Net. You never know who
you are talking to.
Anthony J. Brooks, BSEE, MSEE, GCAI
(Oh by the way, that's Bachelor of Science in Electrical Enigineering,
Master of Science in Electrical Enginering, and Gradutate Certification
in Artifical Intelligence. I had my BSEE when Microsoft was still selling
DOS and pre-Windows days. Back then, I was writing some of the
TCP/IP code that is know a part of UNIX SVR4 and is integral to the
Internet. Yes and I am from African descendent. But again, why
should that matter?) :)
