I think you are missing the point about Eberhard's posting. You also may
be jumping to conclusion about the intention of Patrick for forwarding
that particular information to the list.
If a committee of Y2K Egg Heads Visited 4 out of 5 Banks in a city, They
jolly well can report that the banking industry is 80% compliant - and of
course, if 7 out of 10 airports in Nigeria are functional, then the
Aviation industry is 70% compliant - You got my drift? And I hope you
know Eberhard is a Crowned African Prince (Well, I mean it A la Domain
lisse.NA ;-O-). His contributions (past and present) to this list cannot
be rubbished. They stand out (Well, I will not join issues on
