Hello,

For the Panos Institute, we're carrying out a research about the actual and
futur use of internet services by african media, currently and for the future;
newspapers, radios and TV of 7 countries are concerned : Benin, Burkina Faso,
Ivory Coast, Ghana, Mali, Nigeria and Senegal. In each capitale city,
investigations will be conducted between 10th and 20th of September towards
internet service providers and media head offices.

To do the job, we are looking for a national correspondent in each capitale
city; she/he must have general knowledge on internet technical working and web
site managing. She/he will make use of questionnaires provided by us to
conduct
investigations (from 3 to 6 surveys).

The correspondent must have an email access in order to receive then to send
back return complemented questionnaires; she / he will be managed and paid by
Panos Institute (Dakar).

Bonjour,

Nous effectuons pour le compte de l'Institut Panos une étude sur l'utilisation
actuelle et future des services Internet par les médias africains ; les
journaux, radios et télévisions de 7 pays sont concernés : Bénin, Burkina
Faso,
Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, Mali, Nigeria et Sénégal. Des enquêtes auprès des sièges
de certains fournisseurs d'accès et de médias vont être mises en œuvre
entre le
10 et le 20 Septembre 99 dans chacune des capitales.

Pour réaliser ces travaux, nous recherchons dans chaque capitale un
correspondant national ayant des connaissances générales sur le fonctionnement
technique d'Internet et sur la gestion des sites web ; il effectuera les
enquêtes (de 3 à 6) à l'aide de questionnaires détaillés que nous lui
fournirons.

Le correspondant devra obligatoirement disposer d'un compte email pour
recevoir
puis restituer les questionnaires complétés ; il sera encadré et rémunéré
directement par l'Institut Panos (Dakar).
