Nothing, look for MikTeX on http://www.tug.org/interest.html#free

There are more-or-less working converters for html (latex2html), it
includes math and such things as images.
It is easy to produce Postscript from LaTeX and there is a project
pdftex/pdflatex which produces pdf as its native output format, this
is an ongoing development effort that starts to be usable.
There is a tex2rtf converter, but rtf is an ill-defined format, so i
wouldn't use it.

Both are different solutions to similar problems. There are people
working on converters, the TeX4ht project seems to be interesting:

Yours, Florian Hars.
