< An english version is available under the french text, sorry for the
mistakes, my english is so horrible!>

Mon Cher Edward,

http://intif.francophonie.org

Cordialement,
Pierre OUEDRAOGO

<English version, apologize again for the pooor quality of the
translation>

Hi Edward,

I guess you attended the african chapter meeting yesterday at the
Convention center of San José, and that you know now that somebody tried
to fool you with false informations about the francophone meeeting. But
maybe, you wasn't there? When Pierre Dandjinou mentionned your message
who vehiculate false informations about the francophone meeting, we
hoped that you would catch the opportunity to apologize.

For all people who weren't at the San José meeting, please note that:
- the francophone meeeting was at the Fairmont Hotel, and not the Hilton
- people attending to that meeting have been called to come to the
african chapter meeting by an annoucement made by Zakaria who is member
of the BoT of Afrinic
- no decision have been taken at that informal meeting whose aim were to
provide info on IT initiatives of the francophone agency (training,
internet access points for youth ie PAJE). please take a look at:
http://intif.francophonie.org

We should be aware of people propagating false informations. I hope next
time you will take time to check your information source before
propagating such news.

I trust you have been fooled, so take it easy!
Kind regards,

Pierre OUEDRAOGO
