The situation (at least up to this time last year)for Welsh parents,
living/working in England, who wish to register their child's birth is that
it must be done in English, not Welsh (we're so demanding, aren't we?). Of
course, the opposite is true for English parents living in Wales who can
register their children's birth in their own national language.
