His grandmother being Scottish wouldn't even qualify him to play for Scotland's national side in any sport, so that's no indication of his nationality. I live my life in Yorkshire but in no way am I a Yorkshireman(or rather woman). He is the Prince of Wales but that doesn't make him Welsh. And as for where someone goes to school, that's irrelevant - we have so many exchange programmes we don't call a French student studying in England English, or vice versa.
