Problems on one of our three E1 lines to the U.S. - now fixed.

C&W have scheduled another test tonight at 23:00 UTC+1.
C&W/TE testing complete. Line appears to ok but will be monitored
for 24 hours.
TE were contacted and will test their end of the line today (7/4).
C&W have been informed and said the line will be tested tonight after
12th April 11:50 Take E1-3 offline as framing errors are effecting
logical 6Mbps circuit; inform TE and C&W

Telecom tested overnight with C+W, and found no errors at all. As
soon as we placed the circuit back in operation, the number of
errors recorded at the router went through the roof. Notified James
in T.E. immediately. He's following up with C+W (who are contating
their internet group) and his supervisors. Expect another update soon.

T.E. and C+W have tracked down a problem in Crystal Lake and are
working on it. As far as we know, previous tests on their part
weren't fully end-to-end and so didn't uncover this problem.

T.E. report that problem in Crystal Lake, U.S. has been fixed.
Confirmed by NOC. Back at 6Mbps. Telecom aren't sure what C+W
did to solve the problem; HEAnet will follow up separately.
