Richard,

You should be able to do what you wish with the following two files.

hello.xml

<?xml version="1.0" standalone="yes"?>
<?xml-stylesheet type="text/css" href="hello.css"?>
<GREETING>Hello World</GREETING>

hello.css
GREETING {display:block;font-family:Arial;font-size:15pt;color:red;}

This implementation uses CSS. If you want to use XSL, then download the spec
or read a tutorial. Make sure that any XSL information that you read is
dated after August 1998, not 1997.

Richard Lander.
