The eXcelon product from Object Design will do that. I saw a demo
recently. The product provides an interface from which you can drag and
drop XML files from the hard drive into the database. The database parses
the XML and creates the appropriate data structure. The database will then
serve up XML or create HTML by combining XML with XSL files stored in the

eXcelon is Object Design's object oriented database (Object Store) with
some XML extensions.

Subject: XML and Databases

Sorry if this is a duplicate.. I had received an error on the Mail

I have a well formed Document with some tags that I have
created.. Now what I want to do is insert these values into a database
or enable the XML document to be created dynamically with queries etc..

My question to all of you is......
                How can this be done?
How does the software determine which tags represent
which fields? (A parser?)
Where Can I find some good documentation on XML and
database interactivity?

Thanx in advance for your help..
