use &amp;

This will generate &amp; in the HTML but that is what you want. & is an
error in HTML too.

How can I generate with an XSL a HTML like that:
    <A HREF="path/cgi.exe?p1=v1&p2=v2"></A>

The problem is '&' because XT return an error.
How can I write there '&' so that he would remain valid for a HTML link.
