Following up on JR Gardner's question I want to ask for
comments on the following question (hopefully related to his
question) from computing-knowledgeable people on this
wonderful list for those of us whose work is content-based:
what exactly is required for a complete but minimal
xml-environment? What are the elements really needed to do
everything that has to be done in order to make things work?
Sean McGrath provided an answer for high volume projects but
I am thinking about quite small projects involving very few
people with a manageable amount of not to complicated
documents.

Greetings,
