connectivity to JANET and to TEN-155, both via the QUB link.
In the event of an outage, traffic will back up over the
trans-Atlantic link, albeit at reduced performance.

routers connecting ULCC to SJIII will be upgraded. While the router
is upgraded the SJIII BEN switch it connects to will be relocated

to the London MAN and to TEN-155 will be disrupted. JANET access to
the LINX and to the US will be degraded.
