But thanks anyway. Better to stumble among friends than fall flat on
your face in public. Give me another few years and I'll be able to
make an Old Irish proverb out of that.
BTW, someone mentioned that it is helpful to have Modern Irish for
learning Old Irish. I'm finding my poor bit of Modern boosted by the
scraps of OI I've been picking up.
