One of the three lines to C&W in the States has experienced a
number of flaps over the last day.
Only a very slight drop in performance as line is currently not saturated.
Problem has been reported to C&W and line causing the problem has
been identified and brought down for testing.

C&W unable to find problem with line. C&W recommended contacting T.E
Problem has been logged with T.E. Ticket #733.

T.E. have detected errors on line and are trying to localise source.
Line has been looped at Marine House and T.E. will test line
The remaining two lines are not saturated so performance
will not be affected.
