Dear phycologists,

Three weeks ago I asked for information about community studies of subtidal
seaweeds on a biogeographical scale. I want to thank all of you who provided
me information. Some references:

Eastern Cape, South Africa. Bot. Mar. 32: 299-311.

in the success of Codium fragile ssp. tomentosoides (Chlorophyta) in
the North Atlantic Ocean? Helgolander Meeresunters. (in press)
