The sleeve specifies Hill played Ab/Eb, C/G, and Bb/F instruments.
I believe the C/G is used on only one track, "Joe Cooley's Hornpipe/Miss
Monaghan," where Tony Linnane plays a viola and therefore plays the hornpipe
in C and the reel in G (a 5th lower than the usual key).
