I think Matt Cranitch has it in his "Irish Fiddle Book." I haven't come
up with any composer of the tune. Nor is it clear (to me) whether the
porter in question has tiny bubbles or a uniform and cap. But I once heard
Patrick Ourceau play a version of the tune that was the finest I've heard.
