Interesting. I recall an earlier conversation in this forum where we
discussed what someone called the unreasonably low, exploitative
wages paid to Africans and others who come to the USA.
In my experience, many who find ICT jobs in America eventually
accumulate capital that they invest at home -- into a small
computing firm perhaps, or an ISP.
I am told that most of the ICT green cards (employment permits) go
to persons from India, not to Africans.
