Lunch you should take at the Central Cafe or at Cafe Schneider, both
in the Levinson Arcade, or at Kaiserkrone in the Post Street Mall,
they all serve Lasagne (excellent).
In the evenings you can have your Lasagne at Sardinia Pizzeria and Ice
Cafe on Independence Avenue/Ausspannplatz, or in the new Pizzeria in
Stübel Street across the street from the RC Hospital. Finestkind.
Sardinia is close to the US embassy, all others are within a foot walk
from the USAID offices.
Of course the hotels in your per diem category (Kalahari Sands, Safari
Hotel, Entertainment Center) all have Lasagne both for dinner and

If you happen to make your way to Swakopmund I can recomand several
places that serve Lasagne, foremost the Napolitana. If given a day or
so head start I'll whip some up myself, though I would advise you to
