No, they won't.  To imply the xml.dcl file, set the SGML_CATALOG_FILES
environment variable to xml.soc (in the pubtext directory of your Jade
installation).

However, you only want to do that when running nsgmls, not when
running Jade.  Jade only works if the DSSSL architectural forms are
invoked, and the meta-DTD that ships with Jade is not XML compliant,
so using xml.soc or -wxml will give you warnings about the stylesheet.

That part of Richard's command-line was correct.
