Completing a study of regional market integration, I will be in
Lusaka, Windhoek, Mbabane, and Gaborone starting from October 13 for
two weeks.
The week prior is a workshop in Entebbe with the leadership of a
number of East and Central African agricultural research networks,
exploring how in very practical terms they wish to take advantage of
their membership's Internet connectivity to advance their research
programs.
Apologies to colleagues whom I should have contacted prior to
departure, particularly in Uganda.
