The Irish word is caipon, which is a soft 'cap' or hat. Be very wary
if you are driving in Ireland and get behind somebody driving in
front of you wearing a cap. They are usually waiting for the harvest
in the autumn and are not in any hurry for it to arrive.
Alternatively, they are herding cattle.
