Apparently so, given the alternatives. Recall that the status quo
for electronic communications is essentially to send someone in a
vehicle with a diskette on a two hour drive, which basically means
they rarely if ever communicate electronically.
What solution would you propose instead for a remote site, far from
telephone lines, where no one on staff has competence in
