The line from HEAnet to UCC was down. Telecom reported it due to a
fault with a Digital Distribution Frame in Limerick exchange.
All traffic to and from UCC.
Line didn't come up when Connolly was rebooted; the interface is up
but the router showed the line was looped. Reported fault to Telecom.
Switched to a standby MicroMux in Marine House while waiting for T.E.
to take action; no effect. T.E. found the fault and fixed it.
