Jeff - the question as you've posed it does not really make sense,
rhetorically or otherwise. Your description indicates that it's likely Fido
receiving mail via a UNIX center; Fido nodes do not have IP addresses.
Given the work you do proffering advice about using net technology for
USAID projects, it might be helpful to learn how to use the technology,
i.e. standard TCP/IP tools such as nslookup, ping, traceroute, dig, etc.
