Jeff, you are part of the problem, not the solution.
Tanzania is a very good example, the users you work with are they
still playing around with FIDO? Whereas I can find at least three
Internet connections, and if I am not mistaken the first was done by
an initative of the South African Federation of Research Development
(and Rand Bush's PSG?) and is alive and well (I looked at their
traffic graph this morning).
