I've lost track of my current FAQ, but you might also want to add
the part about how to do the REPRO command -- ack gives you a 2-liner
acknowledgement, but repro echoes the entire message so you can see how it
eventually got formatted.
You also forgot the part about newbie initiation -- stand on one
foot and sing "The Bard of Armagh" backwards -- otherwise listserv commands
Why Rick got the nastygram about his post being sent already remains
a mystery (to me, at least).
