12000 is for one field office only.

If you put on *ALL* field offices on a LAN (usually they are all in a big
office building or their own compund or some other big structure),
wire a router on it and connect that to the nearest ISP you can get
this for a total of how much?

And you could even lease a line from TelCom for that.


There is no cost whatsoever involved for restructuring, if you use the
existing LAN mail package (cc:Mail for example at UNICEF).

Retraining? Their Novell engineer gets some training from the ISP (comes
with the contract, if not write it in), and you set up two or three
boxes in the library for people to play with Netscape.

Even my mother can do it :-)-O,
