I have just been reading the following article:

Just one minor obersevation. The article indicates that Zambia "has one
library" This is not true. It is a lie. How about the following:

    The University of Zambia Library
    The Copperbelt University library
    The Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines Technical Library
    The British Council Library
    etc, etc, etc

Well, if it is about a library with an Internet web site, well, there is only
the University of Zambia Library.
