From my surfing the Internet, I am been made to believe that only Mozambique,
Zambia and South Africa in Sub-Saharan have unveristies and other research
institutions in on the World Wide Web. I am now questionning my belief. Really,
are there no universties and research institutions that have set up web pages
in the following Africa countries:

Kenya
Tanzania
Nigeria
Ghana,
Ivory Coast
and any other country in sub Saharan Africa?
