Pretty nice prices indeed. I am puzzled by the hugely differing price
levels from one country to another. Jeff, or anyone, from your
experience, do you know what the main underlying forces that cause
these differences may be? Geography, policy/regulation,
infrastructure, demand? Is the Botswana ISP cheap because it is near
SA, or because there is competition, or ...?
