That's about two to three times as much as the current unsubsidized
rates in the two bordering countries Namibia and South Africa.
Non profit accounts pay even less here :-)-O
Another interesting tidbit is that USAID and the US Embassy in
Namibia both went with a South African (!) Internet Service Provider,
the biggest in South Africa, but most definitively battling in Namibia,
and the most expensive of the four commercial ones operating in
Namibia, with virtually no local technical support.
