It's very nice to hear from you. How is Ghastinet these days? How
has the introduction of NCS changed your work? I see you have an
account through them. I'm very curious to hear about partnerships
between the commercial companies, government organizations such as
yours, and NGOs.

Sure, happy to do so. I seem to recall a discussion on Afrik-IT
about old PCs for Africa. Maybe someone there can help.
I wonder if it isn't cheaper to source used PCs in country than to
try and ship them from abroad. What is the price of an adequate used
PC in Accra these days? It might be much easier for someone to send
the money than to purchase or donate from here.
USAID has a person in Ghana who is looking at schools projects I
think, under the Leland Initiative. Have you had any contact with
that person? Good luck on your schools project!
