As one who is one of those "mongrels", no matter how slight (remember the 1% rule in the South), this is particularly angering. I assume the bureaucrat was not an elected official. If he was, it should have been handed over to the press. They would have had a field day with this. This has no place in our nation or our lives. It makes me wonder who the real "mongrel" is in this instance.
