Telecoms Regulatory situations in other countries, please drop us an
e-mail.

We are in the process of investigating the developments leading up to
changes to our White Paper process which resulted in a "controversial"
Telecoms Bill for South Africa. As there are several changes which do
not have industry support, we'd like to compare it to other countries
which have been or are going through a similar process.
