My name is Daaim (Da'eem). I am a doctoral student collecting data to
analyze the influence of Internet technology on regional trade. For the
purpose of this study, I am seeking input from individuals involved with
IT development in the West African region.

The countries comprising this region are:

Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Cote D'Ivoire, The Gambia, Ghana,
Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Togo.


What I am seeking is perceptions on (1) how certain factors influence
Internet adoption and (2) how the Internet can improve within the West
