So, the connection is for three weeks? Is there any possibility of
someone in Bissau maintaining the connection after the workshop?
Hopefully the workshop will go well, some important persons in
Telecoms and other organizations there will get good exposure to the
technology, and a lasting solution for Internet access can be found.
I think people sometimes underestimate the importance of having
senior government officials simply sit down at a terminal and
experiment personally with the technology. It's nice to see UNDP
making that possible in Bissau.
