All seem to convey the necessary information to your customers--it's
primarilyy a matter of personal taste, and how conservative or avant
garde an image you wish to project (parens and hyphens or en dashes are
the most common, therefore the most conservative).
For a side thread, how about a discussion of ways to indicated office,
home, and fax numbers?
