I reply frequently with this info, which is also available by sending
the command HELP to any LISTSERV, or by looking it up in any of the
hundreds of books about email and the Internet, or by searching for
"mailing lists" in your Web browser.
To unsubscribe, send the command
to [log in to unmask]
All the world's LISTSERVs are linked to each other, so if you prefer,
you can send subscription requests to your nearest LISTSERV (in the
case of a DirectNet subscriber, this is probably [log in to unmask])
and it will be forwarded automatically to the right address.
