My understanding of the April 3 meeting is that it is more like a
public hearing, allowing the public to offer comments. The March 26
program has a formal program with speakers. But I'm not really sure
about either of them. For specific information, contact the
organizers. I do not speak for the organizers of either event.

Here's the program for March 26:

On Tuesday March 26, 1996, the Agency is sponsoring a one-day
workshop to explore experiences and issues relating to the use of
new Information and Communications Technology (ICT) in the
development process. This is an advance notice with tentative
agenda. A second notice will be sent next week.

ICT in development.
