Hmm. Let me see. I haven't been into a McDonalds in say 15 years or more
(I'm only 24). Nothing in my house resembles the "holy cola bottle", and I
don't own a baseball cap. Guess I'm off the hook. Even though I grew up in
"Small Town, USA, " and have only moved 70 miles south and east to Ann Arbor,
Michigan, USA. And I must add that between my home and my office, there isn't
a sign of the "three legged yellow arch," for which I am extremely glad. Now,
I'm not saying that I wouldn't be recognized as an American from USA, but I'm
afraid different criteria would have to be used.
