I can't think of any in Manhattan, but there's a bar up in Rockland County
called "Company B's" which has about a zillion things on tap, and if my
memory isn't too foggy, there was a cider or two on tap the last time I was
there. (Which was quite a while ago...) I was drinking a really yummy
oatmeal stout, but I can't recall what the brand was... At least I wasn't
driving home... :-)
